EQUS
Group Inc.
(www.equsgroup.com) today announced the launch of OpinionBridge, a new
offering designed to gather customer and channel feedback on complex
technology subjects. The new offering enables asynchronous feedback on
market research projects, providing EQUS analyst staff with ways to use
responses to a set of questions to craft progressive sets of questions
and drill downs, thereby providing clients with much richer and in-depth
data from surveys, interviews and other research methodologies. The
offering solves several problems inherent in traditional research
processes including not being able to trap respondent afterthoughts to a
question, and the inherent problem of apriori crafted questions
containing pre-suppositions.
The offering is based on the
Delphi and Jury-of-executive-opinion inquiry methods. Intended
applications include new product and market explorations where our
clients demand the most open-ended feedback possible. In addition,
OpinionBridge is ideally suited for trapping feedback to complex
questions from client sales teams and channel partners whose schedules
do not allow for real time participation in research events such as
focus groups and interviews. Asynchronous (or non-real time) feedback
gathering coupled with highly engaged moderator interaction (also
in non-real time) generates robust and well thought out data from these
audiences, versus ad-hoc on-the spot responses to questions such as "how
can we increase sales for item X?"
"The launch of OpinionBridge is a very exciting event at EQUS and
continues our 12-year tradition of innovation aimed at providing
industry leading research and strategy solutions to our clients",
according to Al Nazarelli, President & CEO of EQUS Group.
