EQUS Expands International Capability
EQUS added Poland and Kenya to its growing list of International research capabilities last month. Both local recruiting firms and Native language speaking consultants based here in the US have been added to our stable for these countries. With the growing demand for research in so-called emerging markets by our technology clients, and increased focus on Wall Street on emerging market investments, these countries represent ideal additional markets to help understand preferences and purchase decision dynamics in the global marketplace.

Thanks for the Feedback (and More would be Better!)
Sincere thanks to those of you who participated in our annual feedback sessions last month. Your comments really brightened up a long flight to Chicago for me recently. We really appreciate your input. Not to mention the positive comments you shared help reinforce some of the things we are doing right and inspire us to make them even better! As CEO of EQUS, this feedback is an indispensible tool to drive team performance and to improve EQUS’ customer service levels and processes.
The insights you shared will be used in our biannual team offsite planned for December. So there is still time for those who have not had a chance to respond. Please contact Meadow Nichols at meadown@equsgroup.com. Twenty minutes of your time over the phone equals Gold to us! Also, as we are approaching the Thanksgiving Holiday, EQUS Group will donate $40 for each client who agrees to share their experiences to one of our favorite charities, CityTeam Ministries (www.cityteam.org) who so graciously provide Holiday meals to the homeless.
Thanks for your support!
Al Nazarelli is President & CEO of EQUS Group Inc. He divides his time between our San Jose and Seattle offices and can be reaching at aln@equsgroup.com or 408-920-0361 ex 701.
