As some of you may be aware, Silicon Valley Research Group is launching its annual IT Outlook Survey this year. With the recovery underway, according to many experts, we want to delve into expectations within IT. Do these align with a picture of a rosier business climate in 2010 or are there expectations that the downturn in IT spending that we saw through 2009, will continue into 2010?

These key questions will be answered by the survey currently being administered to over 100 top decision makers within IT, representing a range of industries and company sizes. Results will be disseminated in the coming months through our Wine&Tell open forum series and through a special report to be released in early December.
